Second Floor Water Damage

A broken pipe can cause a lot of water damage in a home, especially if it ran all night from the second floor. The ceiling had broken through and the water ran down the walls. The integrity of the drywall was compromised which meant removing it all before being able to dry the building.

The great news was that of saving the floor. The insurance adjuster was worried that the floor would need to also be removed. However, SERVPRO of Northeast Dallas had it covered. Our experienced technicians were able to save the wood floors and keep the cost of the water loss lower.
